Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds are not available to any customers, unless there was an error on our side. We must comply with the US Department of Health and Sanitation, therefore we do not honor refunds for any hair that has been shipped. However, in extreme cases, we do provide exchanges based on meeting the criteria below:
- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
If the listed conditions are not met, Aurora S Hair Extensions reserves the right to refuse a refund.
